 Thank you for considering our services for your BIG day. Adrienne Michelle Weddings & Events is here to relieve your planning stress and to create a fun experience. Our approach to planning is to take your vision and ideas and turn them into the best reality possible. 

 

We don't believe in cookie cutter weddings because anyone can go to an 'okay' party. Let's make your wedding awesome and showcase your personality & style.

We offer standard packages, but know that we can create a custom package that fits your exact wants & needs!

FULL PLANNING

$5,000

  • Contracting a venue including sourcing and presenting viable wedding venues that meet the following requirements; budget, guest count, location & desired atmosphere. Arrange & attend site visits with you to the top three venue choices & assist in the contracting process of the chosen venue for your preferred date.

  • Create a custom wedding timeline and checklist of what needs to be accomplished from present time until the wedding day, providing reminders along the way

  • Create a custom budget breakdown (keep you on track, recommend money saving ideas, etc)

  • Help create the style and theme for your wedding including design elements, color palette, décor items and rentals

  • Recommend vendors that I think would best suit your personality, style & budget

  • Schedule and attend all vendor & venue consultations. This includes, but is not limited to photographers, videographers, DJs/bands, florists, rental companies, caterer, dessert, stationer, etc.

  • Review all vendor contracts and be the point person between you and each vendor

  • Coordinate vendor details such as rental orders, deliveries, transportation, etc

  • Consult on traditions, etiquette and new trends

  • Vendor & venue guidance for the rehearsal dinner

  • Create a detailed custom day of timeline for your vendors and wedding party

  • Contact all vendors prior to your wedding to finalize their services

  • Onsite coordination of the ceremony rehearsal including hard copies of the day of timeline for your bridal party & family.

  • I will be the first person at your venue to welcome and coordinate vendors & begin the décor set up

  • I handle all details throughout the day until the end of the night when my team packs away all of your personal items & rentals. 

  • We do not limit the amount of in person meetings with this package. 

PARTIAL PLANNING

$2,800

  • A custom wedding timeline and checklist of what needs to be accomplished from present time until the wedding day, providing reminders along the way

  • Create a custom budget breakdown (keep you on track, recommend money saving ideas, etc)

  • A time saving custom vendors list based on your budget, style & preferences for you to contact & hire.

  • A review all vendor contracts

  • Two in person meetings during your engagement to check in on your progress, one of which is held at your venue to solidify the floorplan

  • A final meeting four weeks prior to the wedding to go through all day of the details

  • I contact all vendors prior to your wedding to finalize their services & details

  • I create a detailed custom day of timeline for your vendors and wedding party

  • On-site coordination of the rehearsal

  • I will be the first person at your venue to welcome and coordinate vendors & begin the decor set up

  • I handle all details throughout the day until the end of the night when my team packs away all personal items & rentals

MONTH OF COORDINATION

$1,800

  • Initial event consultation

  • Preferred vendor list

  • A site visit to the venue

  • In-person meeting four weeks prior to the wedding to go through all day-of details

  • Contact all vendors prior to your wedding to finalize details

  • Create a detailed custom day-of timeline for vendors & wedding party

  • On-site coordination of the rehearsal, including hard copy handouts of the timeline

  • I will be the first person at your venue to welcome and coordinate vendors and begin the decor set up

  • I handle all details throughout the day, pack away all personal items at the end of the night and clean up the reception

  • Wedding day emergency kit available for bridal party & family

  • Assistant coordinator included

  • DESIGN - $800 (Partial or full Planning package purchase required)

  • VENUE HIRE - $400
