When I met with Adrienne she came prepared, had answers to all of my questions, and was confident that she could take care of the many details on our wedding day. She kept in contact with me throughout the process and was always on the ball. She was in contact with every one of my vendors prior to the big day. I met with her two weeks prior to the wedding day to go over all of those tiny little details that you spend so much time agonizing over. She listened, took notes, and told me “no problem” even when I gave her pages after pages for a to do list the day of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, Adrienne was amazing. She set everything up exactly as I had pictured. Once the day began, she took care of every little detail and I had no worries whatsoever. We had a few people show up to our wedding that had RSVP’d “no” and I was immediately stressed when I saw them there. She quickly found a place for these people to sit and personally let them know where their seats would be. She was also amazing at making sure that we stuck to our timeline throughout the evening. She would find us and let us know that we would need to prepare for toasts, cut the cake, etc… With Adrienne by your side, you can just enjoy the night and not worry about anything. Adrienne worked every second that she was there and I honestly don’t think it would have been possible to have the wedding that we had without her. She is AMAZING! There aren’t many day of coordinators out there that are as talented and dedicated as Adrienne at The Wedding Project. I would HIGHLY recommend booking her so that you do not have to worry about anything on the day of your wedding and you can enjoy every last second! "Prior to planning my own wedding I thought wedding planners were a luxury, not a necessity. Adrienne proved me wrong instantly! After the fact, I honestly cannot imagine my wedding day (or all the planning) without her! During the planning of our wedding I was under a lot of pressure with other pertinent responsibilities. I would become stressed out easily. On numerous occasions Adrienne saved the day by taking over the details I didn’t have time for. She called vendors for me, researched different options, kept me on task and organized. No matter what, a wedding will have glitches, not all things will go as planned. She was very thorough and made sure all the fine details weren't forgotten. It was a fun and stress free wedding day!! Adrienne also did a great job connecting us with wonderful vendors! We got our DJ, bridal hair, makeup, and beverage servers based on her recommendations and they were all phenomenal. "Adrienne is wonderful and pulled off a flawless wedding for us while planning with us from (mostly) out of state, and amidst a wedding-week family emergency. We did her week of wedding package which worked out well if you want a wedding planner but still want to be involved and run your own show. She was a pleasure to work with the whole year of wedding planning, and very accommodating-also very helpful with hotel accommodations for us and the guests. Even sent us champagne, thank you notes, and congratulations/Christmas cards. Highly recommend and she is a great value!"
